We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Our returns window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thementalhealthshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item — for example, a different ring size or variant — please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
